Chocolate

I don't know what has gone wrong in the last week. Seems I cannot stop eating. Discovering chocolate in the cupboard was a disaster. How can I look my kids in the eyes and say, "sorry, no more sweets" when only an hour earlier I have snaffled a bar of chocolate when they where out.
